GlobalX is building a vertically integrated agriculture company with a focus on acquisition of farmland, distressed cannabis facilities and a complete NPK nutrient solution for producers. Through Eco Fuels, a producer of Renewable fuels, namely Diesel from waste plastic and recycled tires. In addition we offer business advisory services, business evaluations, debt & equity funding sources.

Farmgates enters into partnership with Vertical Fields, an Israeli Vertical Farm technology company. The goal is to acquire cannabis assets and convert to food production UNDER OUR BRAND NAME VERTICAL FIELDS. Corporate goal is to capture a piece of the $1.0B fresh produce market in Canada.

Benefits of producing diesel fuel from plastic 

In May 2017, the conclusions of an Argonne National Laboratory study were made public that compared the production of diesel fuel from plastic to producing it from crude oil. The environmental benefits were dramatic.

Farmgates in partnership with IndoGulf Bio-Ag,  we are excited to announces, CFIA has approved Rootmax for distribution in Canada for the 2024 crop year. WARC, one of the R&D sites for Agri-Arm in Saskatchewan is running test plots testing our complete NPK microbial solution with the intent to reducing the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical inputs, while increasing yields.

Farmgates's Thrivex the partnership with Indo Gulf is working with WARC, one of eight sites operating under the Agri-Arm in Saskatchewan. The goal is to certify a complete NPK solution for the agriculture industry in Canada, reducing the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical inputs, while increasing yields is the mission.
